Full-time $25 is $1,000 a week and about $4,333 gross a month (52/12 weeks). We still tax on the annualized $52,000, then divide the year into 12 for the per-paycheck card when you switch frequency, or we keep hourly mode and show annual net you can divide yourself. This form stays on hourly $25 × 40 so the rate is obvious.

Federal tax uses 2026 brackets. FICA is 7.65% of the wage. California adds PIT and 1.3% SDI. A 401(k) percent is optional.

FAQ

Why is frequency still hourly?

So the $25 rate stays visible. Annual net ÷ 12 is a planning monthly figure on a steady 40-hour year.

What if I am paid weekly?

Use the weekly calculator or change frequency. Monthly cash will not match a 4-week month.

Does overtime change the month?

Only if you raise hours or the rate. We do not auto-apply 1.5×.
